Uni Young has been established in 1999 by a group of young and dynamic technicians who started their career in IT back in the early 1990s. We started with a small business catering the needs of large companies in the publishing industry, as well as education - two of the key Apple markets. As a result of our dedication, multilingual customer service, excellent product range and technical expertise, we are now recognized by the Cambodian and International business community as a competent and reliable IT professional.

In 2004, we became the first Apple Authorized Gold Service Provider in Cambodia and in 2008, we expanded our business by becoming an Apple Authorized Reseller.

Before Bring in your iOS to Service

Follow these steps before you bring in your device for service. If your device won’t turn on or respond, try these suggestions from Apple first. If those steps don’t help, finish as many steps as possible:

  • Backup your iOS device.
  • Have your Apple ID password ready. For some repairs, you’ll need your Apple ID password to erase your device and turn off Find My iPhone. (If you’re unable to turn off Find My iPhone, we may not be able to service your device. If you can’t remember your Apple ID and Password, please go to https://iforgot.apple.com).
  • Bring your receipt (if possible), in case your service requires proof of purchase.
  • Bring your device and any accessories that you need help with.
  • Lastly, don’t forget to remove your sim card!

Before Bring in your Mac to Service

To protect your information and save time, follow these steps before you get service for your Mac:

  • Make a backup: Making a backup is an important part of preparing your Mac for service. Time Machine makes it simple to back up and restore all of your files, and other backup methods are also available.
  • Gather your information: If you still have your sales receipt, bring it with you to the service location. You might also need your Apple ID password. You should know the name and password of your macOS user account, in case you need to log in to your Mac at the service location. And if you’re also using a firmware password, please turn it off before you get service.
  • Gather your products: Bring your Mac, power cable, and any accessories that you need help with.

 How long will it take?

Because every repair is unique and requires careful diagnostics and assessment, the average turnaround time for repairs is 4 to 6 business days.

Same-day repairs are possible, if we have spare stock available.
